it took a long time to be served, I had to call waitress over, drinks came and it was forever to take order and finally be served
Waiter not experienced. Poor service. Too long wait for food. Chicken on salad overdone. Never cleared table. Long wait for check.

Food was great but Service was a bit slow in our waitress did not connect back with us

My order was wrong and server never brought me correct item and also charged our bill incorrectly. Also had a stomach ache all night!

We went to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday with our college age kids and were sat in an area right next to large windows and the temperature was VERY cold. I immediately asked to move to a different table as this was not acceptable and was told they could not do this even though I could see there were many tables open. We had to eat our meals with our winter coats on.
