I love BRU Burger but…. The food came out cold and it was difficult getting refills last night. I ended up giving my wife my water since our waiter was no where to be seen. They were pretty busy and it looked like they were short some waiters as they were all over working. We eat here once a week and it is usually GREAT, but last night they were off their game.

Food was terrible. I ordered my burger “medium” it was well done, burnt and dry as if it was pre cooked and just warmed up when needed. I asked for Parmesan aioli on my fries but received just plain tasteless fries. Even the bun was stale and hard. I will never go there again. Unbelievably disappointed. Plus it took three asks for my waitress to bring me water. Terrible experience. I wrote the restaurant expressing my experience but never heard back.

Our food took over 40 minutes to get to us and then server came out to tell us they were waiting on fries. When food and fries came out they were burnt and crumbs only. The manager just walked around being very loud with personal conversations with other employees. Wry disappointed in our. Is it.

We talked to the manager about how “ less than average our food was“ and she said because she’s a woman the other managers don’t respect her so she’s going back to her old store. Basically she said “I’m out of here, I know things here have changed & not for the better, sorry for your luck. “ This to folks that use to be regulars & are just tired of cold fries, cold meat on the salads & the downhill slide the last 6-9 months. Very disappointing & we are done.

We came with my two 20 month old grandsons. Told the waitress we wanted to put a food order in for them early and quickly because they were hungry and tired. What should’ve taken 10 minutes turned into a 45 minute wait for their food. Even though we were told it should “not take more than 10 minutes” When the boys food arrived it was cold and was quite apparent it had sat under heat lamps for quite a while before being brought to our table. We had the NICEST woman waiter...loved her! I had the bru burger with roasted garlic and 3 kinds of cheese. My burger was barely room temperature and the cheeses did not even melt on top of burger. Fries were hot and tasty. Onion rings we got as Appetizer were excellent. Huge rings, hot and nice batter. Our spicey BLOODY MARYS were disappointing...LOTS of Tabasco? but not much flavor other than that overpowering HEAT. Overall experience was just "ok".
