Why did u ask about occasion when we registered if u weren’t going to do anything?They even recognized my sisters bday when we arrived but nothing during meal. Usually bday person gets free dessert- nothing. Onion rings greasy as well as burger. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Bru burger and remembered the burgers to be much better. Disappointing- won’t return

Don’t get the Bourbon burger, sauce runny and not as good as the other burgers on menu. Drink selection very good. Ace pear cider was delicious . French fries very good and big portions for sharing.

I normally love BRU Bruger. However, this time the burger was so small. I had mostly bun, and onions. I was charged for a dessert that was supposed to be comp'd.
Our burgers were so overcooked that they had all the appeal of hockey pucks, plus the onion rings were pieces of petrified fossils. Very poor service and we never got the promised complimentary desert. This location has fallen to a new low of performance.

Bru needs to get their act together. Not enough staff - food is lost it’s wow factor. Oh- and open the dang patio when it’s beautiful out. Telling customers they can’t use your patio is ridiculous.
