I wish I could say I had a good experience with Buena Vista Hospice but unfortunately I did not. My father came under their care on 4-3-13. The care was excellent the first 6 days but on the day he died...at the time of the most need...we were ignored and abandoned. I called BVH at 6 am on the day my father died and left a message with their answering service asking for their help in disabling his pacemaker so he could pass away.
