For the first time I have used online flight booking, where in the past I always used a travel agent. At first I was skeptical about using a service not known to me. To my surprise the agent was very patient, helpful, and responsive. He kept emailing me different itineraries to choose from, and at the end I really did get the best price offered..I would recommend business-class.com. Hope to use be able to use him again.H. ***********
Process was complex and while agent was helpful and confirmed a flight that met our requirements, the next day he told me it was not available as the price had gone up substantially. Said it was the fault of the airline. Finally after many hours I got a replacement but not nearly as good an itinerary. So not a great experience although agent was honest I believe.

I preferred to do everything via email and he was helpful and went the extra mile.He was responsive and understanding and we really did get the best price offered..I would recommend business-class.com. Had a very swift and no-hassle experience booking my business class trip to visit family recently. I appreciated the transparency in price from the beginning unlike other companies adding the additional fees as you kept clicking along to the final booking step. This was my first booking with Business Travel Group. I was not sure if they are good or even real. However to my surprise, I found them to very good and reliable. **** is the person who helped with booking and he did a very good job and did comply with flights I wanted. He also booked my seats and special meal.Professional in all aspect. I will book again through Business Travel Group.
