The entire process was abreeze. My agent, Mr. Kian G. was oustanding. Gave me several options and answered all my questions and once decided, promptly booked my tickets and got our seat assignments as well.
He was extremely helpful. He reassured me throughout the whole process. He called me back and followed up with me the following day. I will definitely be using them from here on out.
Overall, this was a seamless experience. Had a few issues with my credit card not allowing payment to go through because of international travel, but in the end very nice transactions

I had specific price points, flight lengths, dates, cabin requirements, and airlines in mind… In other words, some pretty tight requirements. Nicolas R was the agent working with me and he was fabulous. He does not know the meaning of the word quit. He kept working until he found something that was a perfect fit for my situation. I had trouble understanding the process, since a receipt appears, but doesn't look exactly like a ticket, but the agent was infinitely patient and the issue was resolved after multiple calls and callbacks.
