However to my surprise, I found them to very good and reliable. **** is the person who helped with booking and he did a very good job and did comply with flights I wanted. ****** went above and beyond to book us a US ******************************* class flight. He checked out multiple options per my request and got back to me at requested times. A glitch occurred in the booking and he immediately took charge and corrected the problem. First time booking with Business Class. Will update in 4-5 months when we commence & finish the trip.
