******* was very responsive and pleasant to work with. He did get me a better flight although the savings was rather slight. Flying in business class is very expensive and I really hate to do it but otherwise I'm so uncomfortable on long flights. So, if you really need it, it's helpful to have some savings. It's quite weird to have the "additional flight" tacked on and I really don't get how the system works but I've done it before and somehow it does work.
