I was very skeptical about using a website such as this. My interactions with agent Francis L. completely dispelled any doubts I might have had. She was amazing, and followed through on every aspect of our trip planning, adjusting and improving our options until it met with my approval. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will use her again without hesitation, and recommend her to friends and family. She goes above and beyond for her clients.
Excellent experience. *** was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Not once did she get frustrated with the copious amount of questions I needed answers too. It was a little nerve racking since Im new to Business-Class. They did everything they said they would and more??

I received excellent service from my favorite agent, **** and she was able to get me the lowest possible fare, even though fuel prices are very high right now! *** always goes above and beyond for me and I will always use her to book my flights from now on! Our agent was detailed oriented, wanting as much info as possible to get exactly what we wanted. After her original quotes I wanted to wait a few weeks. She didnt push us but rather patiently waited a month before contacting us again to see if we were ready to start looking again.
My agent ***** helped us all the way. Found the best deal, the best airline, the best route etc. Inform us all the way until our tickets issued after 1am. Great experience!
