***** was very patient and kind. He listened to my needs and did his best to meet. I decided to work with him because I appreciate his willingness to go to work earlier to help me find the best flight for my circumstances. Im disabled and he helped me find a flight so I dont have long layover and I am grateful for his commitment and care. I highly recommend him to all and I hope he gets a raise.
First time we've used Business ********* and we were so pleased that all our reservations went as planned. We were notified when a flight change occurred and all went well. I was surprised when the agent who notified of us of the flight change suggested I send her a tip, which I chose not to do. Overall, we were very satisfied and will be a returning customer.

Ill be honest I was skeptical. More than skeptical. We did a ton of research before finally choosing to go with this company, and Im glad we did. The only downside was that our seats werent together initially, and we ended up paying an extra $1,300 to fix that. **** was efficient, patient with us as we worked through the communication with our party of 3. He gave valuable insight and the space to make decisions. Once we ALL decided he was efficient, booked tickets, emailed us and then called to confirm we received them.
