RecommendedMy cat had a UTI I called and you got me right in. Because it’s a emergency! You found out what was wrong quickly! You called me twice a day Gray was with you for about 2and half days, I couldn’t ask for anything better. The price was fantastic !! Thank you so much you’re the best.

I cannot thank the wonderful staff at Butler Veterinary Associates. Today, we had to make the difficult decision to put our 13 year old St. Bernard to sleep. From the ease of scheduling, to the actual process, these ladies were amazing! They were so gentle with me and talked me through the entire process. They allowed me time to grieve, and never rushed me to finish. I should mention, I'm not a regular patient but my vets were not open and I did not want to see my pup suffer. I have been taking my cats to BVA since 2003. My kitties have always had pretty good care there. A few times over the years I left to try different vets, and I always ended up coming back to BVA. Now I live in New Castle but drive all the way to Butler because I have yet to find a better veterinary practice in the area. They are pricier than some other vets in the area, but the services they provide are superior in my opinion so it balances out.
I had my boy neutered last week. Hands down the best experience ever and I have had pets my whole life. The facility was clean, staff was very supportive and kept me updated every step of his surgical day. Thank you Butler Veterinary Associates for putting my mind at ease and for taking such good care of Baloo. All of your staff are top notch and a special shout out to the management staff.

The staff was amazing and kind. I brought my cat in for an emergency visit and they took him back as soon as I got there. They recommended things to do first before others. All staff had great attitudes and were very compassionate. Not that I want to have to have an emergency visit again but if so I would definitely go back. The pricing was reasonable as well, especially being on a Sunday and an emergency
It’s was so nice to go to an emergency vet and have my dog examined diagnosed correctly and treated with the correct medication. My dog is feeling a little better in 1 day. I even got 3 types of medication for my pup. Very reasonably priced. I’ve went to OTHER more expensive emergency vet place down 79 before and got misdiagnosed and zero meds. I will definitely go back to Butler Veterinary Associates if my pets need emergency care:).
I recently had the vet experience from h*ll, and the people here really restored my faith in the practice. They cared about my dog and her care. They went above and beyond to do what was best for her. Sephie and her family are very thankful.
