Purchased a bedroom set, living room set, and dining room set. The bed wasn't assembled properly. It took multiple phone calls and emails, and constant follow up to get the additional pieces for the bed. Update: I was contacted by Taryn who asked for my contact information. She said she would look into my issue and respond the following day. She didn't respond. They screw up every opportunity to redeem themselves. They clearly do not appreciate their customers. OMG! I have never had such a bad experience in a furniture store. The staff was all talking together in Tagalog. Clearly they were talking about me and my son the only white people in the store. My son's Tagalog is limited (his wife is Philippino)but he was clearly offended by what they were saying. We were not approached at all and we walked out after several minutes thinking that maybe the staff didn't want our business. Rude staff is a no go by me we will never go back
Bought some furniture from dis chinee place, overpriced stuff, no can. Nice warehouse. Ho! The 5 braddahs that run dis place so dysfunctional. I go Ashley furniture instead. No can with pakè chinee family. Go anywhere but here. Success not to buy here attitude everywhere, FCK DEM. No aloha in this store cs wo certainly is CS WO BLOWS
So a couple of their delivery guys delivered something to my neighbor. Apparently they thought it'd be okay to throw their trash over the 12th floor balcony which consisted of a ripped invoice with their company logo on it along with a few coins that could have hit my car down below. So reckless and inappropriate.
Delivery was a nightmare. They inform their customers of the 2 hour window for delivery through an automated message, where they provide a call back number to ask to reschedule, but it's read really fast and not repeated so even if you're ready for it it's virtually impossible to write down. I requested a morning delivery but in three scheduling attempts they consistently gave windows starting at 3:30 or 4 PM. So after spending hours finding a sofa and coffee table and making sure new ones were available in stock for delivery, I waited for the delivery which came 4 days later. Unfortunately the coffee table was badly scuffed and the paint was chipped. It was even partially painted over to hide the damage in a different color paint! The brand new sofa white sofa was not in factory protection, and was stained! Who would open a white sofa!!!! So I refused delivery... My parents bought a bed from CS Wo. HomeWorld yesterday. The bed was delivered but the workers did not have the appropriate tools to assemble it. We called today. No response from the company manager or worker. They left my poor 87 and 89 yr old parents hanging. Bed not assembled. They are scheduled to move into their new apt tomorrow. No bed to sleep in. I bought and paid for a full living room set - multiple leather pieces, 9 leather bar stools, full bedroom set - dresser, chest of drawers, 2 nite stands, a pub table, and a fake fireplace- Yep Big bucks!!! I Had items delivered - multiple items found damaged - they had to take it back. Second try - couple more of the items damaged . Took those items back. I bought a sofa and two chairs from CS Wo in 2006. It was very expensive The casters fell off the Ottoman. I put them on again but they fell off Larry I believe the manager said he will call me to help me have someone repair it. I never received a call.
