My wife and I have been dedicated C S Wo customers for at least 18 years. This was always the place to go for fine furniture and excellent customer service. About a week ago we bought a Chinese antique camphor box to be used as an end table. The box was on the showroom floor and had a lamp and decorative items on it. We purchased it for $675 plus tax. C S Wo offers the type of service that is a rare find these days. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Everyone at the store does all that they can to insure that you have a pleasant, positive experience. Their staff of designers go beyond what is expected. Jason is amazing, and patient. We love our new furniture - but really want to praise the team that delivered everything. Kent and Draten are the most polite, careful, and friendly people we have worked with. They took great care to make certain everything was handled properly, placed in just the right locations, and that I was pleased with everything before they left. I couldn't be happier!

Had a wonderful experience here while trying to decorate our new home. Lloyd was extremely patient, helpful, and he didn't stalk us around the store which is the experience we had at most other furniture stores. Upon check out, we encountered Tatiana. Again, profession, friendly, efficient. We did have damage to one of our pieces which was promptly replaced. We had such a spectacular experience. The furniture is lovely as well! Thanks for your help guys!

We're planning on moving into our new home soon and decided to do a bit of furniture shopping. When we sold our house last year, we did take our custom-made tropical furniture and Chinese antiques that I "inherited". Our interior design tastes range is an eclectic mix for sure. after writing my review , a manager apologized me . He admitted a sales person made up a story about me cause of personal jealousy to me . Fortunately the sales person already left this store. I might visit this store someday.
