Was looking for new couch/ sectional.Had made multiple trips to furniture stores , no luck. Saw an ad for sale at CS Wo with picture of a sectional , liked it. Went to store , found what I wanted, and Karen made the purchase order. Offered suggestions, estimated times and just had it all in hand. Never had gone to CSWo before, thought was out of my range. Got a terrific deal with excellent service. Thank you Karen.
We had a wonderful experience shopping at CS Wo with Karen Kitazaki. The furniture there is very high quality and beautiful. Karen is a very experienced designer who guided us through our decision-making, keeping in mind our style preferences and balancing that with our expressed needs (extra sleeping area, so pull out sofa; storage space, so large antique-style console). Like others have written, CS Wo & Sons has the highest quality furniture and best selection on the island. But what has kept me coming back for more than two decades is designer/salesperson Karen Kitazaki. Karen helped me select all of the furniture for our living room when we first moved back home to Hawai'i back in 2001. Since then, we have moved to 3 different homes and she has helped us by adding new pieces along the way. In my opinion, this furniture store has the highest quality furniture on the island. It's on the Higher price spectrum, but I feel it has good value. There is quite a selection, and great customer service. I utilize the store for at least my main focal pieces.
My daughter bought a new bedroom dresser from them. Their prices were competitive to other places that she looked at. She has bought items from them in the past and was happy with them. They deliver the dresser earlier than promised, calling be to be sure I would take an earlier delivery. They also let you track the progress of their truck. The dresser was wrapped in a blanket that was taken off when it was ready to be placed in the spot in the bedroom. Very please with the customer service.
In a previous couple of posts, we discussed our disappointment with the couch that we brought from CSWo. We got a call today from them and they completely refunded our money. Most impressed. Robert

Delivery only! I scheduled delivery about four weeks ago for today (20 August 2021). On 16 August I received a text message with the date and a timeframe (a two hour window - 1030am to 1230pm) to confirm the delivery, which I did. I received another text message earlier this morning (at 0917 am) to notify me of that deliveries had started for the day and that my item would be delivered in the timeslot scheduled. 1-29-2021 We had purchased a creamish off-white colored sofa and upon delivery, while plastic was being removed during installation, a small darkish scuffed part on the Italian leather was noticed. One of the delivery men notated it and the next day I was contacted to either repair or replace the sofa. I chose to repair the slight blemish.
