I have 2 gripes let me start with the 1st. I now call them CS WHOA! My friend and I just happened to buy leather couches delivered a day apart after putting 50% down on special order. We both paid for the balance over the phone and we unknowingly got billed for the Stain Service Plus -- my charge was $449.99 + tax or $471. We were both told about an extended warranty that we could decide later. The Worst. Kept me waiting 10 months (promised five) for an expensive couch, and when it arrived it displayed shoddy construction, the two pieces didn't match or match up...and the delivery guys bashed up my walls and doors bringing it in. The repair guys they sent made everything worse. Finally agreed to take it back, and on the way out they damaged my front door and my building's elevator door. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced. We purchased their top of the line furniture for our condominium building lounge with the price to match. They delivered the furniture several months later and it was totally different from their floor model. Luckily we had taken pictures of the showroom model to prove it wasn't what we purchased. They made us wait almost a year for the replacement and then the delivery workers damaged our new wood floors by dragging the heavy furniture across it. No call back by custom... read more

SELLING DANGEROUS FURNITURE AT DOUBLE THE PRICE We bought a Sorrento Power recliner for my 87 year old mother this past December only to find out a few weeks after we brought it home that it is completely unstable when reclined, like a teeter totter, tipping over and catapulting the person in it forward. It's a miracle my mom wasn't injured after she was thrown to the floor simply after sitting up for a moment. We like the furniture but the sales people are condescending. Walked in there this past weekend and the salesman talked down to my husband and me saying I already told you once that we won't be getting that in again!! My husband showed John what he found in his email which showed the exact item we wanted. It even specified that the table was in stock. We have bought most of our furniture from CS Wo's but they've lost us now. We'll definitely be going elsewhere.

I'm infuriated and disgusted with the service from C S Wo. I paid for a Dining table in March 2021 from the salesperson Karen who checked their inventory and said it was currently being shipped. I was told I could expect it in May. In May I checked back in for a status update and was told it was still on the ship and be here by the end of the month. Apparently this company also does furniture delivery for Ashley. Had our bed and bed frame delivered and the delivery guys asked if they could dash and not have to assemble the frame because they were "running late." We end up assembling it and there's a piece that doesn't fit correctly. They offer to come back the next day to assemble any time AFTER 4pm. I get a call at 2pm from them saying they're at my house. Purchased a bedroom set, living room set, and dining room set. The bed wasn't assembled properly. It took multiple phone calls and emails, and constant follow up to get the additional pieces for the bed. Update: I was contacted by Taryn who asked for my contact information.
