The low ratings are not fair. One rating is not even about this store, and the other posits that, because the writer is not interested in furniture in this price bracket, this is a bad store. Actually, this is a great store -- the best on the island for mid-high end furniture. You can haggle the prices down to what you would pay on the mainland. CS Wo was THE PLACE to get furniture and get ideas. The company screwed up and downsized to a point they have lost their integrity.... I feel bad for the designers/sales agents as they have nothing to work with... and leaving we, the customers with no really good place to purchase good quality furniture. CS Wo also used to have a lot of Asian antiques in the store. Incidental items, artificial plants, trees, garden things, fountains, lighting, art work ... GONE! everything is gone! SAD.

BEWARE OF TERMITES!!! I bought a 3-piece, high end couch in 2020. Two years later while cleaning under the couches, there were large piles of termite droppings under all three. I spent the next 2 years trying, without success, to eradicate the infestation with various treatments. The wood framing was of very poor quality, untreated wood. Scammers. Doesn't clarify delivery "policy" and charge fees when you need to reschedule even before the 48hrs. Rude customer service.

Do not buy the warranty. No issues with my furniture but 600 later and the warranty people won't answer the phone or return calls. I have also tried to call the store but no return call from them either.

My wife and I purchased a $3,000+ 5 piece sectional from Ashley Furniture. We have had the couch for less than two years and one of the frames is beginning to bow. We thought no big deal as it seems like a simple fix and we purchased an extended warranty along with Ashley Furniture's website stating a lifetime warranty. Come to find out CS WO is the franchisee for the stores in Hawaii and only cover any repairs for 1-year and the extended warranty they sold us for $300+ only covers stains from a 3rd party company in CANADA,... read more

Disappointed in the lack of communication by this store. I purchased a dresser on July 18th and had a receipt for pickup on September 1st. On September 1st I reached out to the sale associate who told me he was "off and will check on it tomorrow." I called the store and was told "the manager is in a meeting and will call you back."
