worst customer service ever one door took three months and when it arrived it was not my door ugly customer service; will never use again
I purchased $523 of products online from Cabinet Door World (CDW) on 22 November 2001. My account was billed for the purchase the next day. On 17 Dec 2001, I received a message from CDW stating that my order had "shipped". But instead of receiving the entire order, as the email had indicated was shipped, I only received 2 pieces on28 Dec 2001. I wish I would have read all of the negative reviews for Cabinet Door World on the internet before I ordered from them. I have all of the emails from my previous order to prove to them or anyone how BAD their service is. Before ordering, I sent a detailed list of the doors and hinges I would like. I asked how long the lead time was. The guy said 15 days to ship. I thought that was good, so I proceeded to order 16 cabinet doors and hinges. Really the WORST - maybe you're willing to wait 4 months for even a small order but are you willing to have crappy mismatched product then arrive after all that waiting ... then spend months trying to get your money back WHICH THEY WON'T EVER ANSWER you. Also if you thought their doors get drilled correctly for IKEA HINGES YOU ARE WRONG!! I now have to file a dispute with MY CC CARD COMPANY
Check these scammer on Yelp. if i could have read their Yelp reviews , prior to ordering from such scammers. I place an order and during the check out process i am given the option to pay for faster fedex shipping , so i selected 2 days shipping..... Ordered in Jan (4th) and still haven't arrived Mar (4th). They say lead time in 30-40 days. It isn’t! They won’t send picture of evidence they are being made. Scam
Entered an order online one day ago. Tried to modify it today..... preproduction. I would have ended up with a ~$30 credit. Would not credit my card the difference. This was a one time purchase. Can't use a "credit" . Ridiculous policy.
All these reviews are fake! Read google reviews and horrible stories people post.
Cabinets have been shipped three times and still have yet to receive perfectly painted cabinet doors.
