Order came late and they didn't want to work with me in order to get some compensation for my order. It came almost a week later than the date they promised two times.
It took nearly 2 months to receive the cabinet door.
Less than poor customer service. My cabinet door which was ordered in November is not in my possession as of now. Its January and I had to call the company, wasn't offered a refund or return of my money for shipping. Customer service rep was nonchalant about the situation and a bit sarcastic. They got my money and I have a non usuable drawer box. Cabinet door is not here so I also paid for nothing. This company is terrible
Poor ethics and poor quality
I cannot stress enough how much I would recommend not using this website. I'd like to share the entire exchange that I had with Cabinet Door World's "customer service," but first I'd like to give the background of what I attempted to order. The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Was quoted 6 weeks for a set of 21 doors. It took over 15 weeks to see any doors, and all were damaged (cracked, separating at the seams, the wood was warped likely due to the wood previously being wet, and they packed the doors before they were dry so the paint was damaged on ALL doors) when they finally arrived. If I could give them a zero I would. I placed an order for 8 cabinet door to be custom painted a dark blue sherwin williams color. I placed the order on Nov 7 and didn't receive the order until Jan 23/19. I called and emailed customer service repeatedly with not much more than "they're in production" then finally mid January I was told they didn't receive the paint. They cannot measure or cut properly. Their specialty is cabinet doors and they cannot make their corners square. After waiting six weeks, the doors finally arrived. Many cuts were off by 1/8" some of them even 1/4"--that is not acceptable when it comes to cabinet doors! On many doors the corners weren't even close to being square--also unacceptable.
