Without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered one single cabinet door which was supposed to be delivered in 20 business days. After 2 1/2 months of waiting they are shipping the cabinet, even though I finished my project two months ago. I made multiple attempts to cancel the order since they couldn't deliver but they refused to cancel the order or refund my money. Terrible company and terrible service.

Disregard all the reviews - they are fake. This company is horrible and if you get delivery you are very lucky. Expect delivery to take 4-7 months. Find another supplier before wasting your money with this company.

Shouldn't even be one star. ... I ordered TWO cabinet doors April 11th. In production still on June 9th. Was told they would get it sent to finishing, then I would get the doors on June 9th, now I might received the TWO doors the end of June. Three months for two doors is unacceptable. Shouldn't even be in business with that kind of timeline for TWO doors.

I ordered one cabinet door on 05/18/20. I called on June 5th and was told that the "team" would be starting on it soon, and that I could expect it sometime towards the end of JUNE (about 1.5 months after ordering). Because my contractor needs the door sooner than that, I called on 06/08/20 to cancel the order. The person who answered the phone at Cabinet Door World said that I would be unable to cancel the order. Extremely DISSATISFIED! Placed a small order of 4 doors and 7 drawer fronts for bath vanity project. Took 3.5 months to receive order. Never provided any status unless I called myself. Once order was received, it was INCOMPLETE, missing 3 drawer fronts. I still do not have a recovery plan or timing on when my order will be complete. My little vanity project is now a four month long, incomplete mess. Do not use this company if you have a timing plan you want to meet!

i ordered from them they said 10 -15 day delivery i called them back 30 days later . they said it will take 10-15 days more it has now been another 30 days total75 days since ordered a large kitchen draws and doors . nothing yet THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST .DO NOT BUY RUN AND RUN FAST CON ARTIST

****BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!***** They have been sued multiple times, they have an F BBB rating, one star on Yelp. There is even a Facebook group entitled Cabinet Door World is a Scam. I have yet to get an order correctly and fully filled that I placed in June 2019. It's March 23rd, 2020. The same people own Cabinet Solutions USA; they work out of the same warehouse. First let me start by saying I’ve given Cabinet Door World much more than enough time to make things right...It has been several months since I originally ordered cabinet doors from them. After waiting nearly twice the amount of time I was told I’d have to wait for them (an extra 3 weeks to be exact), they arrived on September 20 and were incorrect and therefore useless to me.
