Ordered these doors on May 23 and received them nearly 3 mos later in the wrong color. Another 2.5 mos later I finally received the items ordered. During the nearly 6 mos ordeal, I made multiple calls and emails to the customer service department and the owner of the company. Chris Robinson to get some information regarding my orders and the delays. Every phone call was answered by Robert or a couple other reps. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. This company seems to never fill orders. Highly recommend you not use them.

I can't seem to get my ordered processed. Sent several e-mails but most go unanswered. Do use Cabinet Door World unless you like never getting your order and then being ignored.

I ordered my 4 cabinet doors on feb. 25 2020. I was told 4 weeks. On may 13 2020 I received 4 wrong doors, that were damaged. I immediately informed them and was told they would be remade, I have called and called, been told every story they could think of. It is August 17 and I do not have doors. They promise to call me back, but never do. BEWARE. At this point I have been scammed out of $515.00. Gary. Houda. 231-218-1669

BEWARE: worst company I have ever worked with. Unbelievable wrong experience, the most rude people on the phone or chat (See attached). Liars, everything they told me was a lie, items took three months to deliver, some items are wrong, promised me a refund several times and then changed their mind, lied about lead times, lied about shipping dates, lied about the refund, and then after keeping me in the dark for weeks and weeks they have the nerve to ask me to remove the bad reviews and they will issue the refund. I ordered one cabinet door and one drawer as samples on May 11th... when I saw on their website that they take 20-30 days to ship (!!!) On May 13th I called to cancel my order and was told my order was in production and they would not cancel it. It is now August 5th and I have just recieved notification that the 1 door and 1 drawer front i ordered has shipped and I should recieve it mid next week, 90 days later almost... BEWARE: This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company that's providing me a product. Took over 2.5 months to ship one of two orders made in May, with some items missing which they agreed in writing to refund. No refund has been issued, second order has not been produced or estimated date given. The most rude people on the phone, hanged up on me several times, never answered any of my emails, lied to me on the phone several times, and get defensive when I called them out. Ordered 1 sample door (custom painted) for a bathroom remodel. After 5 1/2 months of waiting, I was conviced that this company was a sham. However, the door did finally arrive and is very nice. High quality and the custom paint job was excellent. If you are willing to wait several months then they are decent doors.

I have ordered cabinet doors from multiple companies in the past and all I can say is that this company is a complete failure. Quite possibly a fraud. I was told 4 weeks for doors, canceled my order at week 9 after several outright lies from them and now I am told that they will not cancel or refund. I dont even feel right giving them one star.
