Will take your money and never send your products. Total waste of money ordering from these people.
Worst company ever!! Lied about shipping time (they said 2 weeks it took 6 weeks), made excuses (still in sanding, had to remake them), and not willing to cancel my order. I was only offered a discount (sent as a check) after I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Never again! Almost 2 months for a single cabinet front, and it still has not arrived I’ve made numerous calls and emails, and was told it was being expedited Wish I had known this before I have them my credit card!
Worst experience ever. Ordered 1 front drawer and one cadbinet door. Both unfinished. The order was placed on December 26th 2017. As of today (February 18th 2018) I still haven’t received anything. I contacted them 3 times to check the order status and they said it was still behind. Far from the advertised 5-7 days shipping. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order since it is taken nearly 2 months but they refused. I ordered a drawer box from them and there was NO communication about how long the delivery would take. It took THREE MONTHS for ONE drawer box to be delivered to me. Every time I inquired about estimated time until delivery I was given a generic answer of 4-8 weeks depending on several things. The drawer quality was great, but communication and timing were not.
I am VERY UNHAPPY with my experience. I ordered 2 cabinet doors and have been waiting about 6 weeks and they haven't even shipped. I understand I ordered during the holidays and have taken time away for that but when I have called I was told, the first time, I should receive them the following week. I let 10 days pass and called again and was promised they would be shipped on a Wednesday, priority status, and I should receive them the following Friday. ALL REVIEWS HERE ARE LIES - GO TO YELP, YP, or BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!!! By far the worst experience I had purchasing online from anyone. I would NOT recommend. Danya the suppose/acting manager was going to hangup on me. She would NOT give me the owner's information. I should have checked with the BBB and Yelp before purchasing. My experience was awful. The doors took way longer then they were supposed to. The doors were not packaged properly and so they arrived with the finish all scratched up. I called the to complain and the lady on the phone said they would rush new ones to me. I told her that I was going to test fit them to make sure I did not mess up the sizing and she agreed that was a good idea.
