I ordered 1 door front and 1 drawer front a month ago. I have not received them and both times I called I got a different story. The first thing I was told was that they were in painting and would be shipped in about a week. Ten days later I called again and was told that they were just moved to painting. I told the girl that I was told ten days ago they were supposedly moved to painting. She claimed that the person who told me that was wrong. So who do you believe. Horrible experience - 4 normal cabinet doors took 3 months to come in, came in missing the hardware I paid extra for, they lost our cabinet door we sent them to color match- so now we lost a cabinet door from our kitchen, and to top it off- the color is not even close to matching the cabinet door we sent them to color match; the same one they lost. Want a review from me but I have not received my product yet.
It has been 4 weeks and we still don't have our drawer. Every time we call, we're told it's in production and should be shipped the following week . We still don't have it. It's only 1 drawer.... how long should that take?
I do not recommend it has been 2 months and my order is still not here.

I chose Cabinet Door World because they had the cherry wood I was after and they looked to provide quality products. Unfortunately, they never arrived and I just got this link to leave a review. So my review is, I never got the two custom doors I paid for.
I made a small order on March 16, 2017 and have not received the order and I have not received any notifications but the draw fronts have been paid for the day the order was processed. The wait time seems excessive.
