I URGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS IT IS A LAST RESORT FOR GETTING YOURSELF OUT OF DEBT. I opted out of the process early on and they will not refund even a portion of the large fee I paid to them. Although they do offer financial advice, they take your money up front before you even realize that the advice they are offering you is not your only option. This company has took money from my account when I didn't give them authorization to go to my account in the end of April. I canceled services they took my money anyway. I had not given them any information to help lead the funds for payment. Now I can't get information to retrieve my money back. I've called numerous times I responded to email and text messages about cancelation but no movement.
They took money out of my account which shouldn't have been taken out til everything was finalized on their end and a second company that is the one dealing with the debt. I cancelled and they still dont wamt to return my money. Told me it was to bad and the money will not be returned. I talked to 3 people including the main manager of the company. Cactus is a very ******company with no conscience, they had asked me to send them my documents and my void cheque, I had not even sent them any documents nor authorized them to do anything yet I don’t know how they managed to get money off my account.I reach out to them to get an explanation of how they got money off my account they said they will call me back and never did, they number they were using to send me messages everyday stoped going through.
