The absolute best care and compassion. Dr. Turkell has taken care of our dogs for years. There is no-one better. Dr. Krane, Krawitz and every other vet are special people, as is Ellie who does water therapy, and Brooke in the grooming department. Every single employee is kind and professional. For those who are turned off by the charges, which can be high, try getting pet insurance. Calusa recommended Trupanion, and for most ailments and medications, they have saved us thousands of dollars.

Dr. Turkell (master/legend) and crew gave such love and attention to my little Tokyo who has early lauxating patella. There are so many options to help your precious best friend. Thank the lord for Calusa and Dr. T.

I have been a clent since i moved to Florida in 2016. It is comforting to have a vet practice that is also THE emergency center when needed. I appreciate the continuity of care. I now have a second cat with kidney disease and feel incredibly grateful to have met Dr Rubin...she is patient,, smart,, and caring for both my cat and me!! I truly feel she will call me back if i need her! So far so good. Brought my pup in for some anal gland issues and he's usually very very nervous and was still nervous but seems to be handling it well in here. They are calm and nice and understanding. I use only herbal supplements and he is raw fed and they are so far understanding of that. They took him to the back to see the doctor, which I am not such a fan of since I can not see what's going on but since they were so nice and caring I was at ease with it. Will post again after we are done.

Beyond amazing.... i just moved back to Boca and dear Angel who is now 15 years young, ( girl cat) was showing signs of discomfort so i called Calusa and spoke to Tyler, who made me feel so comfortable and scheduled an apt with Dr Rubin. When we arrived, we were greeted with such care and compassion. After an initial misunderstanding, I am giving Dr. Krawitz and his staff five stars. Dr. Krawitz takes the time to explain and listen to your concerns. His knowledge of holistic as well as conventional medicine is definitely a plus. His assistant, Emily, and the rest of the staff have been very helpful. Definitely recommend.

My sweet maltipoo had an emergency after taking her on a walk at night around 11pm. Finding this place was open, I took her right in. The staff immediately rushed over, and compassionately whisked her away. Turns out she had an allergic reaction of some sort. I was expecting a crazy bill since we did come in during emergency hours, but it was very reasonable! The staff was so kind, and the Veterinarian was very detailed and upfront. I highly recommend this Veterinary Center!

Calusa gets our top references always. We have been using them for our dogs for 16 years despite the fact that we live in Lake Worth. It's worth the trip. They are knowledgeable and caring especially the owner, Dr. Turkell. He takes wonderful care of our dog!! We have also boarded her there with no problem!!
