Can't be more pleased with the service and care at Calusa. I've been taking my Shih Tzu there for nearly his whole life. He's almost 15 now. Dr. Krawitz always gives a thorough exam. He is a real partner in my dog's health care, gives great advice about my dog's IVDD condition, and always gives us as much time as we need. On the positive side DRANEL is an outstanding nurse with a lot of knowledge like a doctor I believe this will be his next steps he explained and helped so much in a time of need he gets the 5 star rating! Otherwise it was so full we were actually ignored it was an emergency situation and it was too long awaiting thank god DRANEL put us at ease and appreciate him

Living up North I did quite a bit of research to find a great Veterinary Clinic. Well, I have found an exceptional Vet Clinic, Calusa Vet Center in Boca Raton, Fl. Our last visit with both dogs with Dr. C. Rubin was a wonderful experience. ! Dr. Rubin was extremely professional, warm and took all her time to answer our questions. I was very impressed with the service. My dog is 4 years old and she never had her teeth cleaned before and for not having to put her under anesthesia it was a big plus for me. They come to your house and is quick. My mother in law use their services too and she was also amazed. Their staff are very nice and if is your first time they will make sure to explain everything to you before anuthing.

I switched to Calusa when I adopted my Lili. I wanted a facility where I could bring her in any emergency at any time day or night. When I brought her she was attended to in a short time. The nurse asked me questions and then the veterinarian examined her. I explained my concerns and Lili was provided with the needed emergency treatment. The staff did not disappoint. Our 8.5 month old bernedoodle has been going to Calusa within days of us bringing him home at 9 weeks. As a young pup he ended up with pneumonia (unrelated to Calusa) and they kept him for a few days. Calusa called constantly with full updates and recommended treatments, they sent pics and kept in constant communication. Our boy made a full recovery and to this day, our puppy 'Bern' thinks Calusa is one of his happiest spots on the planet. I have been to many vets over the years. Dr Turkel is informative and thorough. He took great care of our three dogs. We live quite far but will go to him anytime there is any serious problem with any of our dogs.
