Living up North I did quite a bit of research to find a great Veterinary Clinic. Well, I have found an exceptional Vet Clinic, Calusa Vet Center in Boca Raton, Fl. Our last visit with both dogs with Dr. C. Rubin was a wonderful experience. ! Dr. Rubin was extremely professional, warm and took all her time to answer our questions. I am a retired oral surgeon whose professional career embraced clinical practice, academics, research, and administration. As a result, I interface with Dr.Krane at a more sophisticated level than most regarding the care of my two Yorkshire terriers who have been followed by this practice for the better part of ten years. I was very impressed with the service. My dog is 4 years old and she never had her teeth cleaned before and for not having to put her under anesthesia it was a big plus for me. They come to your house and is quick. My mother in law use their services too and she was also amazed. Their staff are very nice and if is your first time they will make sure to explain everything to you before anuthing.

I switched to Calusa when I adopted my Lili. I wanted a facility where I could bring her in any emergency at any time day or night. When I brought her she was attended to in a short time. The nurse asked me questions and then the veterinarian examined her. I explained my concerns and Lili was provided with the needed emergency treatment. The staff did not disappoint. Our 8.5 month old bernedoodle has been going to Calusa within days of us bringing him home at 9 weeks. As a young pup he ended up with pneumonia (unrelated to Calusa) and they kept him for a few days. Calusa called constantly with full updates and recommended treatments, they sent pics and kept in constant communication. Our boy made a full recovery and to this day, our puppy 'Bern' thinks Calusa is one of his happiest spots on the planet. I have been to many vets over the years. Dr Turkel is informative and thorough. He took great care of our three dogs. We live quite far but will go to him anytime there is any serious problem with any of our dogs.

Dr. Glenn Zeitz was great with our Lab Annie, she had a UTI and was very uncomfortable. He was kind and attentive, and she is feeling much better!! He also treated our 12 year old Charley, who has an eye infection. I would certainly recommend Dr. Zeitz!!!!!!!

Brought my little mini pin in for what turned out to be another bout of pancreatitis. Dr. Glickman was wonderful and helped get my little peanut back on track. He called me not once but twice over the two following days to ask how she was responding to the meds he'd prescribed. Within a few days, she was back to her perky little self. This vet is not inexpensive, but I appreciated his follow up with us and his genuine care for her.
