Our property manager, Brenda Kettwig, is doing a tremendous job for us at Gardens North Condominium Association. She finished up our paving project, is in the midst of finalizing the planting of the trees that we lost after Hurricane Irma, and she is getting ready to send out for painting bids for painting all 67 of our buildings later this year.
