RecommendedCampbell’s accounting department (Pam Rembaum) and back office staff provided a smooth transition from our previous property management company. Our first property manager didn’t work out but Regional Director James Hotchkiss got personally involved and made things right. Our current property manager, Rick Parrett, is always onsite when needed and he and the Campbell team provided excellent leadership and support to guide our association through the coronavirus crisis.
We have a new Property Manager, Melissa Vought. She took over in March after we lost our long time ( 13 years) Property Manager suddenly due to his death. We felt lost as a Board without him. But Melissa jumped right in helping us through a very difficult time ,learning all our systems, working with our vendors, communicating with all of us ,and doing this as we all navigate getting slammed with the effects of COVID on our communities. We are so thankful she is on our team!
