He only spent 2 minutes with me -- and it was our first visit. He ordered an EGD (endoscopy) procedure, and that was it. In a rush.
I waited close to 40 minutes for Dr. Chandler to arrive. He spent no more than 5 minutes with me and I left my visit with no solution. I have horrible digestive issues and wanted to find the root of my problem and in the meantime some relief. He told me digestive problems are tricky and to let nature takes its course. He was useless.
The worst doctor ever, I had to call her almost 9 times, when she told me that she would call me back, then she blamed everything on the receptionist. Never helped me at all.
Very uncompacionate doctor. Never took time to explain anything. Seems much more interested in making money from my insurance than helping me. I would never go back or recommend her to anyone. Do yourself a favor and take the time to find a doctor who cares about you and your situation and not about how many tests they can get you to undertake-whether you need them or not!
He's double-booked every day and doesn't give patients much attention. Tried emailing him and his responses were pretty empty.
Dr. has a rather condescending manner. He gives the impression of always being in a hurry and leaves the impression that he doesn't have the time to answer questions.
I sought a gastroenterolgist after a positive Colo-Guard test. At my first appointment I was impressed with Dr. Zhang, my negative review stems from the disastrous experience my tests turned out to be. I endured an endoscopy and a colonoscopy that were painful beyond description. I told Dr. Zhang about my damaged left shoulder, including the name and number of my shoulder doctor. she said, "the anesthesiologist will handle it." He didn't. The experience was HORRIFIC because of the pain.
Would not recommend to family or friend.
She failed to diagnose a textbook case of gallstones. She gave wrong medicine for a long time until a urologist ordered a test that was read by a radiologist who discovered the case. She ran so many tests and endoscopies but still failed to diagnose a simple, clear case. Stay away from her.
