Heather helped my husband and I buy our first home. She was dedicated to help us every step of the way. She was available to answer all of our questions and concerns and really walk us through the process step by step. She did a great job negotiating on our behalf. I had attempted to sell my house and down size once before, but my house sat on the market for a year with no offers and only a handful of showings, so when I decided to start the process again I was a bit weary of being let down. Dan and Amy immediately eased all my worries! They were quick to respond to any questions I had, and I had a lot. Peter is great to deal with and highly responsive. He helped me sell a house that had some issues. He was very helpful on advice on what to do to make the property sale able without putting in money I would not get a return on. He is a very down to earth guy who will make your transaction go smoothly.

Jonathan and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They make realistic valuations of property and they work hard to sell your house quickly. If problems arise, they are there to make sure that they get them resolved and that the closing goes smoothly. Would highly recommend. They are also very knowledgeable if you are looking to buy. They showed me condos I was looking to purchase and also helped me rent a unit.

Met personally with Jonathan and was presented a power point presentation of the process of buying and selling a home. He took his time, making me feel I was the only client seeing him that day, and used layman's terms as I was pretty new to the process. Saying I was highly impressed with Jonathan and his innovative ways of the real estate process would be an understatement.
