Heather helped my fiancé and I buy our first home. She is an amazing realtor and person. She was always readily available. She answered every question and concern that we had. Peter was amazing! We were in a very unusual situation where we needed to sell our home very quickly but could not afford to take a loss under any circumstances. Peter very adeptly assessed the situation and equally assessed the value of our home fairly. We sold in two days for $5,000 over asking based on our marketing strategy thanks to Peters suggestion. Peter even handled problems the buyers realtor should have handled but didn’t. Can’t recommend anyone more highly

Miss Lori is by far the best Real Estate Agent we could have asked for. My wife and I have worked with multiple agents prior to Miss Lori and no offense to them, but none came close to the dedication she showed. Dan was very through in his explanation of the process of selling my mother's home to both of us. He help us get everything in place and kept us informed at every step. I truly believe his suggestion to remove the old wall to wall carpeting to reveal the hardwood floors was a great selling point. i would recommend him without any hesitation.

I never expected the sale of my house to not only happen so quickly, but so seamlessly. Nicole knew the market and the area so well and it made the entire process so easy. Relocating out of state is not easy and timing is always an big factor; but I can say without a doubt that I had the best offer on the sale that I could have asked for. Her expertise and guidance throughout were invaluable. I would recommend Nicole to anyone looking to list their home for sale.

Highly recommend Pete from Carbutti Realtors! He was very professional from start to finish with the whole process. He did exactly what he said he would do, which was selling our house! He was there for us with any questions we had, and answered them in a timely manner. We would most definitely use him in the future! Thank you for everything Pete!

I would most definitely recommend Pete to anyone looking to sell their house. I had other agents and was unsuccessful, when I met Pete he said to me if he doesn’t sell my house in 90days then he isn’t doing his job. I came through and sold my house. He answered me back quickly whenever I had questions, I don’t think this guys sleeps lol.

Nicole was such a big help especially for us being first time homebuyers, not knowing what we were doing! She explained the entire process with us before getting stsrted and found us our dream home on the first try! The whole process took us 6 weeks and Nicole was always quick to get everything done for us and responsive when we had questions! I would recommend her to anyone!!

As a first time homebuyer, Scott made the process so easy. He was such a pleasure to work with. Scott understood all our needs in a home and never made any of our requests seem silly.
