I met Scott at an open house and immediately wanted to work with him to help me find a home. He was extremely responsive and seemed to know a lot about the areas I was looking and as a first time home buyer felt he always had my best interest in mind. He has a great attitude, gives great guidance, and I highly recommend working with him. While I don't plan to ever move out of my new home, I would definitely work with Scott again in the future if I need to.

Melissa has been wonderful to work with. She's extremely responsive to messages, no matter what time of day, and has a ton of Real Estate knowledge! In the time I've known Melissa, I've experienced a friendly, helpful & productive person. I highly recommend Melissa to anyone thinking about a buying a home or even just some education on it.

After having interviewed three local realtors, we were drawn to Peter Carbutti because of his knowledge as he answered all of our questions. He was the only one of the three realtors to want a 90 day contract saying that there is something wrong if he can't sell the house in that time frame. This instilled even more confidence in him.
