Staff was very easy to reach and offered great personal touches. Made us feel more comfortable hearing from our loved one the care they received and knowing what they were taken care. I would highly recommend this facility as someone who had a smooth move-in and, although our stay was short, a smooth process on the way out.

All the staff members are so kind, and seem to really like what they are doing. They’re very patient with each of the residences. The social worker seems to listen to the family members. The nurses are good. The prices are okay.

All employees that work at Harmony Village first floor are very helpful and do their job well.

The staff is helpful and very friendly. Housekeeping is done timely and consistently. Communication on any issues is very good and they keep you informed of any issues. Move in process was very well planned as I moved in 2 parents on different floors the same day. I would 100% recommend.

I feel that CareOne at the Cupola is one of the better facilities that we looked at. We are not even thinking about making a change. The staff is good, as is the care. The food is sort of bland and that would be the one area where they could improve. I would very much recommend the facility to others.

The staff is kind will follow directions that you give to help care for your family member. My mom seems happy. They have followed her dietary restrictions that we have in place. They do a great job keeping the residents safe For food - perhaps offering more choices. Also, offering dessert after every meal. My mom loves her sweets recently and they don't always have dessert. I have a friend living there the upsetting part is she has no help with taking a shower. Rooms are not cleaned well nor is the laundry. I also don’t believe they have enough activities or staff for this. They don’t do room checks either. Nor is there anything for family members to get a beverage etc. I feel like with no other facilities to compete this is what you’re left with. The staff is nice/ food is good from what I seen/ the TV room is dark the entrance is nice as well as the lobby & dining area. 8pm lobby is empty.

I am writing this review to thank [name removed]! This is the first review I have ever done. My mom was moved from assistant Living to the Dementia unit. [name removed] was wonderful in this transition. I have to say I wasn't an easy daughter to convince. But, then I realized we both wanted the same thing. My mom to have the best care. [name removed] doesn't just talk she executes. She is always walking the halls and checking to make sure all is good with the residents. I am very happy that my husband is there. He is well taken-care-of. The staff ( in particular the people who take care of him on a day to day basis) are caring, friendly and courteous. I like that I'm able to interact with them and feel like they are my friends as well as caregivers for my husband. I would imagine just about all the families of the residents feel the same as I do.
