The head of nursing was fantastic. Sorry I don't remember her name. Other nurses were also very good. The director also went beyond expectations to address [name removed] concerns and in general was very friendly and helpful. The dining set up was conducive to meeting other clients and [name removed] actually made a few very good friends. In fact that was the highlight for her. Although others may have different experiences I would definitely recommend this facility for short or long term care.
From the moment I arrived the staff was wonderful. Every worker I interacted with was incredibly nice, welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to assist both residents and visitors. We are very happy there. The nurses and aides take very good care of [name removed]and he is happy there. Unfortunately he is now on hospice but the fact that he can stay there is another plus.
I have the feelings of the people there are very compassionate and are trained to care for people with diminished abilities.
I'm incredibly grateful to A Place For Mom for their assistance in matching us with Harmony Village at CareOne. My mother is well cared for and thriving. The staff have become like family.
Very clean Residents are kept busy with activities throughout the day and early evening. Once. Week it's family night and residents and family do a project together which is great for both parties. It's done in evenings so working families are easy to attend. All concerns and questions are answered in a timely manner. [name removed]the Director is always available to family.
I feel as a family member you need to address any concerns you have with the facility or staff immediately. Don't just think it will resolve itself. If the management doesn't know you have concerns they can't address them. The staff at care one was wonderful and caring. You just need to keep the lines of communication open!
We had an excellent experience with Harmony Village. I liked that there was outdoor space for memory care patients. People working there seemed to genuinely care for the patients.
