Get directionsI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The facility was clean it didn't have the nursing home smell. It took awhile for employees to greet me as I walked through the area. My number 1 issue was parking there were plenty of signs that said visitors parking only.but they were all taken. It didn't appear that there were that many visitor's. Employees were parking in the visitor's parking. If it's not addressed it will continue.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother is in The Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Greater Pittsburgh. They're in the middle of renovating it, so it's improving. The outside is beautiful, and the inside needed to be upgraded, though they're well into an upgrade of the interior. I've got pretty good feelings there. They're pretty proactive with me when it comes to my mother's care, and she improved dramatically since she got there. Their rooms only have shared bathrooms. It's skilled nursing so it's... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The rooms are basically a typical hospital room, maybe a teeny bit larger and are equipt with a short dresser, a wooden wardrobe with 2 drawers and a night stand, also valances on window to make it more cozy. The staff is amazing, they have selected great, empathetic individuals to care for their patients. The residents enjoy a number of activities, we gathered family together to partake in the Mother's Day Brunch and took advantage of the beautiful and large outdoor patio... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The staff of Care One at Wellington were professional, courteous and interested from the first meeting with the Admissions Director, through the pre-admission meeting with the Nursing Director and one of the Social Workers. All three were determined to make my husband's respite care stay as close to the home care he has been experiencing for almost 3 years. Each took extensive notes on his typical day at home and offered suggestions and assistance that could ease the trans... read more

I am/was a resident of this facility We are at CareOne at Wayne for respite care. We're in the new wing and it's very nice. The people are attentive. You get all your meals and I like a lot of the people that work here. They're under remodeling and the room is lovely. It has a living room area, and a little kitchen with a sink, a cabinet, and a refrigerator. It's very bright, airy and big. We have windows on one side. So it's an open concept and it doesn't feel closed in. They clean the room all the time. They've washed my h... read more
I visited this facility I've toured CareOne at The Cupola which is a very nice community. They toured us through their rooms, they were nice as well. They had a lot of stuff going on, there's a gym room, exercises, they have a theater area, and outside gardens. They had more amenities than other places I've seen. The overall facilities and upkeep were good. My overall impression of the place was very good.
I am/was a resident of this facility I was here for short term rehab. My aids were outstanding, as were my nurses. The food is good, the cucumber salad is to die for and my therapy staff was amazing! Thank you Care One!
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I had a friend who suffered a heart attack and then a stroke and was sent to Care one... he complained a little about the food, but said the staff was very good. He made a few friends, he said at night he would take his wheel chair to the lobby and speak to the staff about what he was going to do when he got out, the girl at the entrance, I think her name was Clara, was very nice to him.... regrettably, he passed soon after he left....but thank you for making his last days... read more
I visited this facility CareOne at Wayne just seemed very organized and very clean, and the staff seemed pretty attentive. They just showed me the dining area and the kitchen. The dining was good. It has the aesthetic of like a small restaurant, which is nice. I saw a small studio and I saw a co-habitat, and they informed me about the memory care and gave me a pamphlet mostly to read, and they explained to me how it's locked down after a certain point. They were having some people do bingo and painting at that time. The livi... read more
