Everything was great! Very clean and professional. Answered all my questions thoroughly and took their time. Very happy I stopped by to take a tour with my mom and dad. Then we’re very satisfied too.

Recently visited my family member who has been here for a year and she is very happy here. It’s very clean and she really likes it here. Would definitely recommend if looking for a good clean place for a loved one to be comfortable.
My boyfriend does not participate in the activities and all assisted livings are too expensive. However, what we like most about the community is that they are taking very good care of my loved one. The food could improve, but he is not fussy. It is a good fit for him.
I should tell you that my mother-in-law passed away last [date removed] The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were very responsive to our needs and warm and caring. My mother-in-law was in memory care, and those people who work there are angels on earth! I would absolutely recommend care one in Parsippany.
The facility is clean and well maintained. It has a grand hotel feel/vibe that is nice, but may not appeal to some looking for a modern look. I find the staff to be caring but communication and medical care coordination to be lacking.
What we like the most about the community is that the staff takes care of my dad, and that's all that matters. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.
The head of nursing was fantastic. Sorry I don't remember her name. Other nurses were also very good. The director also went beyond expectations to address [name removed] concerns and in general was very friendly and helpful. The dining set up was conducive to meeting other clients and [name removed] actually made a few very good friends. In fact that was the highlight for her. Although others may have different experiences I would definitely recommend this facility for short or long term care.
From the moment I arrived the staff was wonderful. Every worker I interacted with was incredibly nice, welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to assist both residents and visitors.
