I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The staff is knowledgeable, kind & caring. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are spacious & the general vibe of the environment is very pleasant. Care One at the cupola has everything my father could have possibly needed. I highly recommend.
I visited this facility CareOne at Morris was great. It was much brighter than others, and that's where I want to take my wife for short-term physical rehab. I liked them because the place was bigger, more spread out, and more spacious. Everything looked clean. I just kind of liked the people there. They had kind of a positive vibe to them. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was in CareOne at Somerset Valley - SNF for rehab. Our experience was very good. They just showed very good care in each department. They had good physical therapy and OT. The social worker was good. Everybody was very attentive. They had Covid go through. They separated everybody nicely and timely, and it all worked out. They are caring (as their name states), professional, compassionate, accommodating and clean. The staff was very attentive and the medical team takes everything seriously and respects the wishes of the patient and family. The PT/OT department is top notch and got my mom to where she needed to be (per her Drs request) by the time she was discharged. I am/was a resident of this facility I was admitted to CareOne Wayne right before Thanksgiving. The staff was very attentive and supportive. The kitchen was very helpful and made my Thanksgiving wonderful! I went to therapy two times a day and increased my independence with the help of my therapists Amy and Hazel, who keep doing a great job! Way to go CareOne, you're the best!
I visited this facility CareOne at Morris was very expensive. That's what I like the least about it, the price. I like that the people seemed engaged though. The residents seemed very attentive and engaged in the activity. They were watching TV during my visit and one person was sitting at a table with a caretaker. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My friend was at CareOne at Hanover Township for therapy and rehab. I thought the staff was pretty good. They were attentive. They always seemed like they were doing something, like they were taking care of one patient or another. I didn't see them sitting around or reading the newspaper. They seemed very nice. I am/was a resident of this facility I was a patient there and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped me in so many ways. I thought I would never walk again but they worked with me and I am starting to walk again. I cannot thank everyone enough iIt is a wonderful facility
I visited this facility The tour at CareOne Assisted Living at Hamilton was good. It was very nice. Their dining room was not set up with nice tablecloths and everything because it was COVID. They did have a great chef, and I was told that the food was great. They have a program called The Bridge which is like if people are between assisted living and memory care, they can go there.
