I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Five star food and clean well run facility is one thing, but the real value of this place is the staff. Individually they are each are intelligent, conscious, competent, and sincerely caring. Stephanie is a great example of the above, but also an example of another intangible characteristic that the staff, which is experienced by both residents and guests. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mom was in rehab at The Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Greater Pittsburgh for a month. Their rehabilitation staff was really good. The nurses and physical rehabilitation people are great. The office staff members were all about the money. You're on a timer, and they're ready to throw you out as soon as they can. I visited this facility CareOne Assisted Living at Hamilton was very nice and very clean. It looks like it's taken off very well. Surprisingly, the rooms that I saw were very spacious, and looked very comfortable for somebody. The staff members who assisted me were very, very gracious, very outgoing, and very helpful. I took a tour of the whole place, and their dining area was very clean, and looked well run too. It's a very, very good facility, and the staff was very nice. It's like a very engaging assisted living.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother moved into CareOne at Morris for respite care. She's been there for one week. We're extending it, and we're going to see if she likes it. She's not signed up permanently yet. It's been excellent. I like the facility. I like all the upgrades, the living space, the food, and the people. The head person was very accommodating, nice, and friendly. Cleanliness is great. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My dad spent close to two months at Care One after complications from a hospital procedure left him unable to walk and suffering from bouts of delirium. I visited him every day and got to see the inner workings of Care One for an extended period. The team of professionals at Care One is top notch. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Over all they made a tough situation easier. Friendly and helpful staff. They took great care of my mother. They made every effort to ensure that she was well taken care off. Forever great full to them. Thank you from the Salam/Kotb family.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident So far, Harmony Village at CareOne Jackson Memory Care Assisted Living has been very good. The rooms are excellent. The resident, my friend, has to be on a puree diet and they make all the food look like it's real again. It's been a very positive experience. She is in their memory care. They have little concerts and entertainment, they have card games, they play bingo and they have quite a few other activities.

I visited this facility My mother will be moving into CareOne at Morris assisted living. We already started moving some of her things in. They had wonderful personnel. The person we worked with was very accommodating. They were recently renovated, so the facility was updated as well as they were offering promotions due to the renovation. They had financial promotions, a renovated facility, wonderful staff, and the location was key. I visited this facility CareOne at Wayne was too large. I didn't really care for the size of the place, and that's really what it boils down to. Nothing stood out. The staff who assisted me was fine. It was satisfactory. He answered all my questions. The overall condition was OK, but the gentleman told me that the rooms were being renovated. There was an activity room that we looked at. There was an entertainer that was singing a couple of songs, and the residents were singing up.
