Comfortable! Pros: Comfort, easy parking. Cons: It would be easier to find if there was an actual street address on the listing. GPS had a difficult time finding. Location: Great shops and restaurants near by as well as the beach. The pillows on the bed were so comfortable! I couldn't believe the great night's sleep I got. It is right in the middle of an adorable area with shopping and restaurants. For those who don't mind a little walking, the beach is close with amazing views.
Pretty Good Pros: The price was comparatively good and the location was good for us. We enjoy being outside and walking to places. Cons: It was good....maybe include more substantial food in the breakfast; banannas, eggs etc. Location: Close enough to the beach, shops and restaurants for us to walk. Bought coffee at and walked to the tide pools by Pebble Beach and explored. Construction workers were improving the fence around the pool when we arrived in the afternoon...kind of noisy. Carmel trip Pros: Close to everything. Cons: Could be more sound-proofed. Parking is VERY tight. Location: Restaurants, shops, coffee houses, galleries, beach all very close, walkable. Nice, centrally located inn. Close to everything Carmel has to offer.
Nice stay! Location: right off of Ocean ave in Carmel by the Sea Very nice manager, gentleman from India (speaks excellent english) was most helpful and couteous, answered all my ?"s kindly and allowed us an early check in as our room was all ready for guests. Very nice accomodations, and the maids were very nice,. This manager also let us leave a little after the checkout time, as our tour didn't finish right when they advertised it would. I would definitely stay here again. Evelyn
Good location Great location to downtown, and anywhere to walk to, but far enough way that it's not inundated with tourists on the streets. Decent continental breakfast. My only complaint is the bed. Super old, terrible mattress, I couldn't sleep for anything.
Quaint, delightful place Pros: Nice bathroom, antique furniture, Wi-Fi, proximity to main street of downtown Carmel. Cons: Parking is crowded, birds in trees above parking create a mess on some cars Location: Downtown Carmel, two blocks off Ocean Ave., restaurants and shopping nearby, beach with views of Pebble Beach just down the hill. Carmel Stopover Nice suite. Great Location. Old building, but fine for a quick stay in Carmel.
