Verified Renter I enjoy living here. Staff is very nice. Close to town and other amenities. Friendly neighbors. Community is kept well. Would be nice if cars won’t always speeding.

Verified Renter Overall it's good. But they do have roaches and rat issues in fewer apartments, but if you raise complain about that they will fix it fast. The locality is good. They maintain the apartment very well. Lawn clean on time. Snow clean on time. To maintain hygiene they keep doing the pest control around every 3 months. I would totally recommend that.

Verified Renter The community looks clean and good maintained. During winter the roads are cleared within hours. During fall the dry leaves are cleared once it twice.

Verified Renter I was having heating issues and after a thermostat change it was determined a new furnace was needed. The furnace was installed efficiently and everything was cleaned up properly when the servicemen finished. I was pleased with the service.
