Verified Renter I was having heating issues and after a thermostat change it was determined a new furnace was needed. The furnace was installed efficiently and everything was cleaned up properly when the servicemen finished. I was pleased with the service.

Verified Renter Carriage park is good place for people moving to US for first time Im in a Garden house the view is so good. Whenever raise a ticket the staff comes immediately. Sometime they come without inform when im out they don't send out an email or get my approval which is not okay.
