Verified Renter I absolutely love it here. The atmosphere is great. The amenities are terrific. It’s really easy to get a hold of maintenance in the front desk. The pay portal is very nice and easy to get around in the people here are all nice very neighborly feel great place for dogs. There’s even a dog park right down the street which we love.

Verified Renter Things have been a little iffy in building 400 since the elevators were down but on a whole I have found living in Carriage Park to be an enjoyable experience. At least one of the elevators was repaired so now the inconvenience is minimal. I had furnace problems and the it was replaced with very little fuss. Any minor problems have been fixed quickly, in some cases the same day. I believe it up to the tenants as well as the property manager to keep the building livable.

Verified Renter Love living at Carriage Park. The people are very nice and Apt has been great. The maintenance people are very nice and quick to respond. Everything has been good. Leasing office is very good at answering our questions. The only complaint would be that kids screaming and running in the halls and people are VERY LOUD when coming off the elavator. They need to respect that people can hear them. They linger awhile, before going into their Apt.
