Verified Renter Office staff is friendly and helpful. The residents I have chatted with are very friendly and nice. The apartment is nice. I had a leak with my AC unit right when I moved in, as well as the AC unit seems very cheap as it does not keep the room cold at all.

The building is clean, and the management team is generally responsive to maintenance requests. One of the highlights is the play area – it’s spacious, safe, and well-kept, making it a great spot for kids to enjoy themselves. The swimming pool is another plus: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or getting in a quick workout.

I recently had a drain clog in the kitchen and even though I wasn’t home, it was taken care of, above and beyond. Additionally, the door on the terrace level was sticking so bad that it was nearly impossible to open without two people. I assumed someone had reported the problem. Obviously not!
