The doctor confirmed our suspicions about the dog’s ear infection, but also addressed the root cause as this wasn’t the first time. The doctor also noticed a condition common in bulldogs that we had been unaware of, and we scheduled surgery to remedy the issue: very astute

Had emergency with wound on my dog Jack. Called early got on within 40 minutes. Staff was great. Saw Dr. Warner. He was wonderful with Jack. Took some of my stress away. Jack is recovering but doing well. Thank you for taking care of him.

DVM Tietz (so?) and the staff (on 01/04/24 @ 7am) were phenomenal! Have taken my doggles to CVVH for some time….and, quite frankly, there have been numerous times where I was quite disappointed if front office personal… (Docs have always been spot on) But this morning everything was perfect Hooked my doggle up promptly No upsell, did what was necessary to get doggle ‘back on the road’ Very, very positive experience all around Way to go guys And thank you so very much doc!

I brought in a stray cat that I had been feeding for 4 years, she was in very poor health and I couldn't let her suffer. The front desk staff was so very kind and accommodating, the doctor assistant was considerate and kind. I do not remember the doctors name but he was just wonderful, he took such gentle care of getting our precious Lickery sedated and then the final injection to put her down. My pup Leo wasn't feeling well and after x-rays and an echocardiogram it was discovered he had a swollen spleen and liver. He also was in stage 2 heart failure with several bladder-stones that were like knives and causing him pain. Dr.. Ross began to tackle one issue at a time. He started with meds for his heart then surgery to remove the stones. Then he had me switch his food for better digestion. My girl Luna had kennel cough. But after 10 days of medicine she was still sick. Called up Carson Valley Vet n they told me to come down. They did a status check n told me she needed to see doctor. So we waited n they got us in. Dr Mannan was kind n listened to me. They ran a few tests n found out she had secondary pneumonia. Went home with meds n full instructions on her care. He told me I was right to bring her. This is big practice. But had time to see to lunas care. I recommend this this practice!

I had a dog emergency and called ahead, they got us in that afternoon. While we did wait a bit in the exam room the doctor and assistant both apologized. The place was very crowded on a Sunday afternoon so I could not complain, only grateful that they were open, fully staffed on a Sunday. Doctor was quick. Provided a written estimate for a quick, sedated procedure. I understand people think it's expensive, but they did not know me or my dog, they accommodated the urgent procedure right then and there. My 6 month old German Shepherd got bit by a rattlesnake and we were extremely fortunate to have Dr. Shane Sheets as the treating veterinarian when we brought our boy, Silas, in for emergency care. He was extremely personable and caring and when we left Silas we weren’t full of anxiety or worry knowing Dr. Sheets would take good care of him.
