The only issue... (Verified Renter) The only issue I have is that the closet door with sliders don't work, the master bathroom sink has a crack with serious rust issues, all cabinets are falling apart. The cabinet doors are falling off the hinges, the finish is peeling off. The kitchen faucet is always having issues, for example, I will only have hot water or I will only have cold water. The refrigeratoris super noisy. Love the people who work here, the size of my apartment and the high ceilings.
I tell everyone... (Verified Renter) I tell everyone I know that the service personnel here are the best! Anytime I have an issue they are here in a very timely manner and are just great guys. It's also a big improvement that the office phone is answered 99% of the time when you call. In the past, it always went to voicemail. Having spent a career in customer service, I know how irritating it can be to always answer the phone, but it shows a committment to the best customer service.

The one thing I would say when recommending it is that the rent is high, however I believe that's reflective of the area and is also somewhat justified by all the great amenities. Rates felt justified, it just didn't feel like we were getting a "deal" of any sort, which is always nice to feel.
This is the... (Verified Renter) This is the second time I have lived here. Once with my husband, and now alone because he has passed away. Your people have made me feel safe and well looked after, which means a lot when one is 88 years old. I would recommend families of elderly or those needing memory care to visit Tanner Springs Care Facility. It isone of the bests and so close to the apartments. My husband hadexcellent care there .

I've already recommended... (Verified Renter) I've already recommended Cascade Summit to people I know looking for places to live. Despite the age of the units themselves, great care has been taken to keep them aesthetically up to date. When touring initially I didn't guess even close to the actual age of the facilities. I already miss the quiet neighborhood and nearby amenities.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend these apartments relative to what else is available. The units are quiet, and the setting is pleasant. However, the age and construction defficiencies warrant caution.
