The only reason... (Verified Renter) The only reason I would not recommend would be due to the water bill and how it is set up and the units really need to be updated and remodeled for the price. Other than those two issues, the staff is very helpful and courteous and maintenance is superb!

I love my... (Verified Renter) I love my apartment. I love the location. Office personnel and maintenance staff are always friendly and eager to help. Just yesterday I was by the office waiting for my granddaughter's school bus and I encountered a woman looking for an apartment -- I recommended Cascade without reservation.
As I said,... (Verified Renter) As I said, maintenance is professional, courteous and timely. The community is wonderful and I enjoy living here. I would recommend to someone to take a look. Rent is high, units getting old - exterior and interior. Heating and some of the electrical is long overdue. I get that it costs to update and, as in any business, those costs pass on to the consumer. Really a no-win.

But I specifically requested what I needed done and they weren't able to send anyone with expertise in that area to answer my request. I am told they are sending someone today.
Nice safe community.... (Verified Renter) Nice safe community. Well established grounds with lots of trees making walking very pleasant. Great location to stores and freeway. Everyone is SO nice!
