Too much noise... (Verified Renter) Too much noise from apartments around us. The people upstairs drop things and the noise startled us and our cats. I wish they?d eas more soundproofing. Parking can be a problem and there is no handicap parking that I can use. My handicap sticker is good for another seven years and the situation will not get better.

Everyone that works... (Verified Renter) Everyone that works here is friendly and when you have something wrong with your apartment they are in top of it. I have never lived at an apartment community that treats you like a neighbor- The staff is wonderful and I love living here. This is home!

I submitted this... (Verified Renter) I submitted this service need as a non-critical request. Within two days I had a note on my door explaining it may take an extra day to get the request taken care of, but in the meantime I could use the dryer across the hall in a vacant unit. I appreciated this service very much. Although we never did use the apartment, I appreciated the availability. The very next day my dryer was fixed. Very convenient, efficient, and it was appreciated.
