Great apartment! We love this place. We have lived here for just over a year and have had a great experience so far. The office staff is very helpful and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Parking isn't always great and rent is a little high... But we're in portland, so it isn't terribly suprising. Grounds are kept up nicely and I feel like the noise level is kept under control. I would definitely recommend!
Great place to live! We've been living at Cascade Summit for a year, and are just as happy here as the day we moved in. The maintenance team is awesome. Requests can be submitted online and I've never had a request take more than 24 hours. The team is respectful and courteous and does a great job. The office staff is great. I was unable... (Verified Renter) I was unable to fully unpack the first week due to maintenance issues and me having to deep clean the kitchen and restrooms. The kitchen had the most disgusting grease stains on the cabinets, outside of the refrigerator, microwave, and corners of the floor. The corners of the kitchen floor were filled with dirt and grime. Smoking Property/Beware of Water/Utility Bill This property is not smoke free, the tenants below us smoked and our apartment smelled like we were smoking with all of our windows closed, it was absolutely unbearable, I was washing our clothes twice a week to keep from smelling it was so bad. Also, it is not noted in the lease or advised up front that the water/sewer bills are not billed to you by usage, instead there is one large bill that is divided up between all of the units, which makes for a very expensive additional exp... read more
