Great apartment! We love this place. We have lived here for just over a year and have had a great experience so far. The office staff is very helpful and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Parking isn't always great and rent is a little high... But we're in portland, so it isn't terribly suprising. Grounds are kept up nicely and I feel like the noise level is kept under control. I would definitely recommend!
Great place to live! We've been living at Cascade Summit for a year, and are just as happy here as the day we moved in. The maintenance team is awesome. Requests can be submitted online and I've never had a request take more than 24 hours. The team is respectful and courteous and does a great job. The office staff is great. Living here is a waking nightmare Ongoing sprinkler/irrigation overspray and water intrusion issue at my rental housing since approximately May 2025. The sprinklers repeatedly overspray and cause water to come into my home, not just around the exterior. This has created persistent wet/damp conditions affecting my apartment and living environment. I was unable... (Verified Renter) I was unable to fully unpack the first week due to maintenance issues and me having to deep clean the kitchen and restrooms. The kitchen had the most disgusting grease stains on the cabinets, outside of the refrigerator, microwave, and corners of the floor. The corners of the kitchen floor were filled with dirt and grime.
