Great apartment! We love this place. We have lived here for just over a year and have had a great experience so far. The office staff is very helpful and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Parking isn't always great and rent is a little high... But we're in portland, so it isn't terribly suprising. Grounds are kept up nicely and I feel like the noise level is kept under control. I would definitely recommend!
Great place to live! We've been living at Cascade Summit for a year, and are just as happy here as the day we moved in. The maintenance team is awesome. Requests can be submitted online and I've never had a request take more than 24 hours. The team is respectful and courteous and does a great job. The office staff is great. Chris is particularly amicable and helpful. I always feel like they are looking out for the tenant's best interests. The grounds are kept up nicely, and I love the garbage pickup service.
