I truly hate... (Verified Renter) I truly hate this place, trying to get our house closed so we can get out of here, having to habdwash dishes for months is a huge waste of our time

Water flow is... (Verified Renter) Water flow is big issue and has been constant. I just don't always call, I do dishes as if I was camping.

Water/Utility Bills Outrageous Please be warned, the community does not charge you for water you use, instead it has one bill for the entire community, then it is divided up by units, for two people, we are paying over $140.00 month just for water! I was not aware of this before I moved in, add that on to your rent and it is astronomical! They really need to reconsider the billing process for this community.
