Casey is a friend and now practically a business partner. Have done a re-fi and a new home purchase financing through him, and this is the team you want behind you. On our buy-side we were able to glide by with no issues and no deadlines missed all while being able to contact directly with Casey as the financer. On the sell-side of our condo the buyer, who was dealing with a "big bank" lender, was scrambling for documentation and clearances the whole 10 days leading up to and at close.
