Casey was very responsive throughout the refinance process and did an excellent job explaining the steps along the way. The online portal for reviewing the refi options as well as uploading documents was very user friendly. Overall, it was a very simple process! Casey also had the most competivite lender credit of the 3 local and 1 online vendors we spoke with which was a great win!
