I couldn't accurately rate above, as I never saw a Cass plumber. I made the appointment with Cass Plumbing. They never showed up, nor did they call to let me know why. I called the office and cancelled with them. Moreover, I had searched them on Better Business and found several scathing reviews. Good riddance. Best you remove them from your bank of plumbers.
I called talked to Mr. Cass asked him for a shower valve replacement. I already knew we had a leak it was capped off. Cpvc plastic pipes due to a repipe. The plumber came out charged us $175 to diagnose the problem, it was a leak. Duh! Pulled the I need to call a supervisor routine, they quoted $400 to $500 to replace a PVC pipe connected to the value. Of course, we said no way that is ridiculous. The plumber called me within 30 minutes of me placing my call with Cass Plumbing and worked to determine the problem. Although it took a while, Richard from Cass Plumbing did not give up and resolved the problem by working systematically. I am appreciative of the professionalism and ability displayed by Richard from Cass Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them in the future should I require a plumber.
Cass plumbing has replaced my garbage disposal as well as my water heater. I hired them to install a new burst washing machine hose as well as put on new water heater valves. And I just hired them to replace the bathroom tub faucet. Specifically I hire Richard with Cass plumbing and he enters my place without me their bills me fairly. I will use absolutely no other plumber or plumbing company to enter my residence without me present.
