We had three water valves under our kitchen sink replaced that had frozen up. I had no idea what something like this cost so when I was told, before he started,that it was $400 it seemed high, but I had to get it done to have our new dishwasher installed. After doing more research I realized that was the price to be expected.

Our church hired Cass Plumbing for stopped up toilets for an emergency call at 7:30 pm on a Friday. We were charged a commercial rate of 495.00, plus 75.00 for a machine for stoppage issues plus a fuel charge, total for 2 hours work and still had the problem when the job was complete 579.00. I have reached out to the company with no return contact. We didn't mind paying the amount, but you expect the issue to be resolved. I intentionally prequalified them prior to their arrival , I thought. by stating that they would send an qualified and experienced technician out as I had Two units that needed repair and service. they arrived and the senior of the Two had no comprehension as to the problem with the unit. He was on the phone for about an hour trying to diagnose the problem. we decided to replace the unit and the younger of the Two replaced the gas and water piping, then the older guy "programed" the unit and my question to him was why isn't ... read more

The workmanship and plumbing knowledge were first rate. The repair crew quickly replaced the leaking pipe in the outside wall and were on their way. It took 3 days to get the repair work done and I thought this was excessive but a leak detection crew had to come in first to find the leak then a quote crew came in the next day then the repair crew came the next da.

FIXED NOTHING FOR $205.00. CHANGED MY WAX RING AND IT STILL LEAKED. CALLED THEM BACK OUT AND THEY TOLD ME I MAY HAVE A BAD TOILET. SAID THEY DONT WORK ON THE TOILET ITSELF. SO I CHANGED OUT THE TUB GASKET (WITH A VERY BAD BACK) AND IT WORKS FINE. THANKS CASS. P OF S .
