The plumber arrived without a helper, with the wrong size drain pan and advised that the drain pan could not be plumbed using an existing washer/dryer drain...as was part of the original estimate. To limit the water shutoff time for a sixteen unit condo, I offered to visit Home Depot and purchase the right size drain pan and a "water leak" detention device...as the plumber's helper was still enroute. Cass plumbing came out to change out my water heater and add a water filter to my water softener. They discovered a leak in the wall was the cause of water we were having come out around the water heater, The installation of the water heater and repair of the water leak was very good. However, the water filter was another matter. The first person who came out did a horrible job and actually put the in/out lines backwards. pretty darn good service
It took 10 days to replace our leaking tankless water heater. No sense of urgency at all, except for us. Left a mess behind.
Very much in a rush.. not thorough
Service writer was polite and informative thru the entire process of rescheduling 4 times. Final appointment was then set for 3 p.m. Tony showed up around 4:15. Session was set for 2 hours to include estimate and install. Immediately was talking negative about employer and was not happy with how his scheduling dept set an appointment this late on a Friday. Cass Pluming is not worth the effort, They gave me choices a 3 minute job for $175.00, a hour job for $450.00 and $ 995.00 to rebuild the entire system. I found out two days later i could have saved $125.00 by using a local person that is not affiliated with Home Adviser. Home Adviser only uses wealthy companies.
I want to start by saying that I do NOT categorically recommend this company and these are the reasons. It was an extremely disappointing experience to deal with this company. The person they sent to determine my problem with running water home somewhere in my home was unable to determine where it was coming from and/or how to repair it. More importantly, he was very unhelpful as to what I should do.
