HORRIBLE! Had them scheduled with the electricians at a certain time, they didn't show up until 6 hours later, and the job took well into the evening. I had plans in place with their time frame, and with them being so late, it threw those plans out the window
charged too much for the project
They sent over a young inexperienced person. He had to call the office 3 times to 1st get an estimate, then how to fix the problem. the second problem, he told us right off that they don't ever do that work.
Terrible! Called them for a leak on my rental and they performed leak detection on a Thursday and left home without any communication. Had to call into the office and they scheduled repair for Tuesday. Meanwhile leak gets worse and floods master bedroom and closet and they have to come out on weekend. Now I have a bigger mess. On Tuesday they didn't fix everything requested so had to come back out and charge me once again (4x in one week). Then they reversed the hot/cold water and said they couldn't fix it. $340 to do a 1/2 hour kitchen faucet install which didn't include the faucet. Found out later Lowe's would have done the install for $100. Plumber also left grate off water shutoff valve in yard, almost causing injury when stepped in while mowing. Work was very good, just fabulously overpriced.

The plumber arrived without a helper, with the wrong size drain pan and advised that the drain pan could not be plumbed using an existing washer/dryer drain...as was part of the original estimate. To limit the water shutoff time for a sixteen unit condo, I offered to visit Home Depot and purchase the right size drain pan and a "water leak" detention device...as the plumber's helper was still enroute. Cass plumbing came out to change out my water heater and add a water filter to my water softener. They discovered a leak in the wall was the cause of water we were having come out around the water heater, The installation of the water heater and repair of the water leak was very good. However, the water filter was another matter. The first person who came out did a horrible job and actually put the in/out lines backwards.
