On time and quick install
This leak developed in an outside faucet pipe at 6pm....they were there by 7:15 and he had all the material he needed to do the repair. We are so very grateful for their service...we have used Cass Plumbing for 21 years!!
I highly recommend the plumber, Richard, who arrived at my home to evaluate my hot water heater and to install a new shower head in the bathtub. Richard was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs that were required. He quoted me an estimate and performed a thorough evaluation of my hot water heater. Richard also gave me a folder which contained valuable information describing all the services performed by Cass Plumbing. I will definitely now call Cass Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Cass Plumbing did a great job replacing my sink and garbage disposal!
Cass Plumbing was able to get a plumber out to fix my kitchen sink in less than a week. Victor did a great job. He took the time and effort to make sure my sink would not separate from my countertop again. He even came back to redo the caulking, without additional cost, to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. It was an expensive fix, but well done.
Setting appointments is easy. They come when scheduled and work is done properly. They require 50 percent down payment In order to schedule which can be frustrating when you are not 100 percent sure what you want to have done. But they have been great about refunding payments when I changed my mind about proceeding. All the workers have professional and friendly.
