Always wanting to use local 'Family owned and operated' contractors I reached out to Cass Plumbing as well as a few other Co's to replace a water heater and install a whole house water softener system. While Cass was the highest estimate, my 1st impression sold me on Cass. Our installer Richard W. went above and beyond with the fabrication and install and was the complete professional we expected. As I was out of town, it was nice to rely on Cass. There was good communication and quick response.
Had a long time problem with a toilet leaking and actually had 2 other plumbers before hiring Cass Plumbing. Lee was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Can't say enough good about this company! Hire them and you won't go wrong. Reliable...Honest...and Professional.
