Cass Plumbing quickly scheduled to come out for my faucet repair within 48 hours. The day scheduled I was called to let me know the assigned plumber was able to come a few hours early. He arrived with all the necessary parts and successfully repaired a broken copper feedline in short order. All the work was done quickly and very professionally. I was really glad I went with Cass plumbing. The techs and customer service were very professional. The techs did a great work and am really happy with all the work they did. I will definitely use them again.
I have used Cass for other services besides this recent project and have found the techs and CS and dispatch to be very responsive, helpful and they won't leave until the issue is resolved.
They contacted me right back on a Sunday To set up an appointment. They came on time and came in with a reasonable quote and Replaced a water heater that day. They were nice and professional. We would definitely use them again.
The plumber arrived on time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a problem with leakage around my toilet but didn't know why. He determined there was a toilet blockage and he was able to resolve the problem. I would definitelyÂuse this company again.

They do a wonderful job and clean up everything after the job is completed. They usually come early and call ahead before coming. I have used them several times and wouldnâ t use anyone else.
very prompt and efficient from the first call to the company where the gal who took my issues and set the appointment for an estimate to the person who came out to estimate and re ran the pipe for a passing inspection. All were professional and customer service was top notch.
