The technician was dispatched quickly, sized up the problem as a leak and sourced the part. The water heater is a commercial grade product, making it more expensive, but in November, 2021, most parts and materials are scarce due to shortages. The job was completed with considerable dispatch because the technician knew what he was doing.
Cass plumbing came out yesterday on short notice and replaced the plumbing in our bathroom sink due to a leak. They were friendly, cleaned everything and were very efficient! We greatly appreciate your swift response!!
