very prompt and efficient from the first call to the company where the gal who took my issues and set the appointment for an estimate to the person who came out to estimate and re ran the pipe for a passing inspection. All were professional and customer service was top notch.
Cass Plumbing replaced three sink faucets and one shower faucet for me. The technicians were professional and friendly. Their workmanship was excellent. The work areas were cleaned up well upon completion. I feel I received a good value for my expense. Cass Plumbing will be my first choice for any plumbing needs in the future.

On time and quick install
This leak developed in an outside faucet pipe at 6pm....they were there by 7:15 and he had all the material he needed to do the repair. We are so very grateful for their service...we have used Cass Plumbing for 21 years!!
I highly recommend the plumber, Richard, who arrived at my home to evaluate my hot water heater and to install a new shower head in the bathtub. Richard was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs that were required. He quoted me an estimate and performed a thorough evaluation of my hot water heater. Cass Plumbing did a great job replacing my sink and garbage disposal!
Cass Plumbing was able to get a plumber out to fix my kitchen sink in less than a week. Victor did a great job. He took the time and effort to make sure my sink would not separate from my countertop again. He even came back to redo the caulking, without additional cost, to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. It was an expensive fix, but well done.
