They were very professional. The first plumber didn't have all the equipment to fix the issue so he called another one to bring it. He apologized many times for that which I though was very courteous. The drain was fixed and has been working great ever since!

This was a very difficult job. The crew spent all day on it, had to buy a new tool, and even had blowback hit them both in the face. What's even more amazing is that I only heard of this from the person I asked to be present during their work! Not only was the extra labor and tool not charged, but when I spoke to the plumbers, they did not even bring up the inconvenience! They showed up promptly - which is what we needed at the time. Did a very professional job and I was impressed with the quality of the Customer Relation given by the representative of Cass Plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone.
We are new homebuyers and did not want to touch our hot water heater without an expert coming out to take a look. Cass Plumbing worked with our schedule and fixed the problem within a few minutes.
MAURICE DID THE INSTALLATION AND HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY AND HAD A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR. HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRICAL BOX AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED AND HE CAME BACK BUT COULD NOT LOCATE THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM BUT HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO STAY UNTIL SOMEONE CAME AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.
They are very responsive on timing (needing things to be scheduled and done quickly) and also good communicators about time of arrival.
He was prompt and professional. It was expensive but did the job.
