If you want a professional well done service, Cass plumbing is the best in the area. I have had them at my home twice for some repairs and upgrades. They are smart and very trusting. I know if they recommend something it s because that s what they would do for themselves.

My technician was absolutely phenomenal and Tammy in customer care, both went above and beyond in handling me and my situation! Technician Richard was courteous, fun, precise, and did beautiful work! He also helped me move items out of the small space where the hot water heater was located.The Cass Plumbing was awesome!!! Thank you and Home Advisor for helping this widow out!

The workers were professional and very clean.
The installer did an excellent job and their receptionist was very helpful. The 1st two technicians to visit to evaluate the project were new and needed significant input from their manager before the installation the following day. But the installer made up for the confusion and we had hot water over the weekend which was paramount during this time of the virus pandemic.
I m a single female homeowner with little knowledge of plumbing issues. My water heater was flooding on a Saturday and HomeAdvisor linked me with Cass Plumbing. I was contacted right away with amazing customer service. It was offered that someone could come out that evening or next morning. Zoran called the next morning telling me he was 30 minutes away.
